EtherLaLune is a small company ran a team of 2 women. Please be patient and I’m appreciative of your support! Thank you for making change by one purchase ♥

• Allow us 20 days before contacting us about shipped orders. we ship out once everything is processed, keep in mind that everything is made after order, customizing is available ♥ 

• Please note that some items might take longer (2 months maximum) to make due to the fabric and mass orders, but we will try our best to ship before the period of 5 weeks.
• if the dress is for a special occasion, please communicate this with us so we can schedule a shipping for you! ♥

International shipment will take 3-5 days maximum safely via DHL express to ship and deliver after payment processing and garment is finished ! ♥

Payment and order processing:

Payment will be processed within 8-14  days. orders will be shipped after the payment has been processed and garment is finished 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please allow the tracking number 24 hours to activate.
